Food by Samia started the way most good things do, in a home kitchen, cooking for family. Samia learned to cook standing next to her mother and grandmother, watching how a good biryani gets its layers and how much care goes into a table meant to welcome people. When friends and neighbors began asking her to cook for their own weddings and gatherings, that same home cooking found a bigger table. What began as a few trays grew, one referral at a time, into a full catering business serving celebrations across New Jersey. The recipes never changed. Everything is still halal, still made from scratch, still built on techniques passed down for generations. Today we cater weddings, birthdays, private parties, and corporate lunches all across New Jersey, and still teach hands-on cooking classes for anyone who wants to learn the recipes themselves.
